Senior Customer Services Officer, Venue Operations (Performing Arts) (Ref:19344)

You will be responsible for:

  • maintaining smooth operation of the performing arts venues and events by delivering excellent customer services with the Customer Services team;
  • responding to emergency situations and difficult guests issues;
  • executing shows and indoor, outdoor and off-site event overall operation logistics;
  • overseeing the information counter services, usher services, cloakroom services; service bar and VIP room as well as handling with sales transactions;
  • arranging roster and providing training to the Customer Services Officers and casual labor; providing administration support for operation requirement, e.g. digital signage system, frontline staff timesheet, procurement, etc.; and
  • handling projects and tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

 

You should:

  • possess higher diploma or above;
  • preferably have 2 years of relevant experience in venue operations in performing arts venues, tourism and / or hospitality sector;
  • have good knowledge of front-of-house operation or event operation;
  • be service-oriented with professional customer service skills and positive service attitude;
  • be required to stand for long hours and work in both outdoor and indoor environment;
  • be proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage; and
  • be required to work on shift according to the duty roster assigned including weekends and public holidays.
