Head, Corporate Administration (Ref:18251I)

You will be responsible for:

  • delivering efficient and effective services in three major areas, centralised administration, information management (IM) and regulatory liaison to support the overall business objectives and strategic visions of the Authority;
  • developing and implementing an efficient administrative infrastructure and system to manage all administrative policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure effective, smooth and efficient administrative performance across the organisation;
  • devising and executing district-wide IM policy and defining strategic and operational plan for the implementation;
  • driving IM initiatives and systems enhancement and converting IM initiatives into projects and actions;
  • acting as “system owner” of the company intranet to manage flow of internal information and communication;
  • managing relationships with regulators, including ICAC, PCPD, EOC, Labour Department, etc. and respond to regulator requests on identified regulatory issue(s), from identification to validation and closure; and
  • establishing processes on regulatory interaction to standardise interaction with regulators to identify and escalate issues to senior management as and when required.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration or related disciplines;
  • have around 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in sizable organisations or public sector;
  • preferably have a professional membership of relevant institution;
  • have experience in development and implementation of policies and guidelines in the areas of corporate governance, information management, regulatory etc.;
  • be able to work under pressure and willing to take on new challenges;
  • have ability to anticipate the needs of the organisation and provide proactive and self-directed solutions with critical thinking and attention to details; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
