You will be responsible for:

  • supporting the General Counsel on the administration, management and documentation requirements for the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Board and its wholly-owned subsidiaries as well as the respective Committees and Subcommittees;
  • leading the Board Secretariat team to handle a full range of board secretariat duties internally and externally including preparation of meeting agenda, processing papers and their clearance, scheduling of meetings, attending meetings, taking minutes, etc;
  • liaising with Government Bureaux on Board and Committee matters to facilitate the paper clearance and approval process;
  • managing internal and external correspondence;
  • assisting in the overall co-ordination ensuring compliance with the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Ordinance (Cap. 601), the Companies Ordinance (Cap.622), standing orders, and any other relevant laws and regulations etc; and
  • performing any other duties as assigned by the Authority.

 

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree or equivalent; company secretary qualification is preferred;
  • have around 10 years of administrative experience in large organisations with solid experience as a personal assistant to senior executives and handling office practices as well as Board administration;
  • be able to lead the Board Secretariat team and act independently, and report to the General Counsel from time to time;
  • possess excellent presentation, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills and be highly attentive to details;
  • have high level of proficiency in computer applications in MS Office; and
  • have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
