Museum Business and Planning Officer (Ref:19323)

Reporting to Head, Museum Business, this role is key to support the business planning and the associated administrative works.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • providing support in annual corporate and business planning process, presentation materials preparation, information gathering and consolidation;

  • assisting in conducting business analysis and market research;

  • assisting in monitoring project budget spending, status tracking, processing procurement request and managing invoices settlement;

  • assisting in the preparation of monthly management reports and required materials;

  • creating and maintaining information and system records as well as keeping a proper filing of documentation;

  • providing a full range of team support including but not limited to meeting coordination, setting up and managing internal workflows, travel and training plan arrangements, etc.; and

  • supporting other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor when required.

 

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree or equivalent in any disciplines;

  • have 3-5 years of relevant working experience in providing support on data analysis, consolidation, market research and benchmark, report and presentation materials preparation;

  • possess relevant experience in supporting dashboard development and maintenance;

  • have good analytical skills in both numbers and information;

  • be a team player with good interpersonal and communications skills;

  • be energetic, willing to learn and able to work independently;

  • be proficient in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Word; and

  • have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
