You will be responsible for:

  • assisting in payroll administration, preparation of tax return, handling employment visa applications;
  • implementation of compensation and benefits programs, legal compliance, human resources policies and procedures review and providing human resources advice on staff management;
  • assisting in HR information system (HRIS) and maintenance;
  • assisting in work processes review and preparing documentation on detail work processes and requirements; and
  • conducting new HRIS system user acceptance testing.

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent;
  • have around 2-3 years of all-rounded HR experience, preferably with experience in arts and culture sector;
  • possess sound knowledge in using HRIS, experience in supporting Workday and IPL would be an advantage;
  • have knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and practices;
  • have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • be proficient in computer applications; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
