Executive Assistant (Ref:19166)

Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsui)

You will be responsible for:

  • providing secretarial, documentation and logistic support to meetings of the board of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“WKCDA”) and /its Committee/Panels/Subsidiaries;
  • assisting in preparing meeting notices and agendas, performing minutes-taking and following through post-meeting actions;
  • providing advice to members of the boards and committees on governance compliances issues;
  • compiling Standing Order, Policies, Procedures Manual and /or constitutional documents of the Boards of WKCDA, its Committees & Sub-committees, Panels and Subsidiaries;
  • maintaining statutory records of WKCDA, its Committees & Sub-committees, Panels and Subsidiaries such as Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate, registers of directors/shareholders (or their equivalent) etc and arranging the ongoing statutory filings and updating in accordance with the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), any relevant governing ordinances & regulations and established procedures;
  • assisting in handling internal and external correspondence; and
  • performing any other duties and ad hoc projects from time to time as assigned by the Senior Executive Assistant.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree or equivalent, preferably in Language, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or other related discipline;
  • be an associate member of ICSA / HKICS;
  • have at least 6 years of relevant experience working for boards and committees, preferably in sizable organisations;
  • be a good and mature team player;
  • be highly-organised, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and flexible, problem solving with strong sense of responsibility;
  • be able to work independently and cooperatively with colleagues at all levels and in different disciplines;
  • be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
  • be proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
