You will be responsible for:

  • planning and distribution arrangement of mechanical services including fire services, gas, plumbing and drainage site-wide networks and systems for WKCD development;
  • supervising consultants on the services supply distribution and the interface with the initial phases of venues development;
  • managing consultants, contractors, supply company and liaising with government departments for electrical supply, building services systems and distribution related issues of the development; and
  • reviewing consultants and contractors design submissions on the HVAC, fire services, electrical distribution, lighting, vertical transportation design and other associated facilities for the safe operation of various systems.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
  • possess a professional membership of relevant institution;
  • have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience planning, design and implementation of building services systems for large scale development; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
