Temporary Customer Services Officer, Venue Operations (Part-time) (Ref:16210I)

Kowloon (WKCDA Project Site Office)

You will be responsible for:

  • maintaining smooth operation of performing arts venues by delivering excellent customer services;
  • performing information counter duties and responding to emergency situations and cases;
  • managing the cloakroom and bar with sales transactions;
  • handling venue booking and related enquiries;
  • providing show usher service and guest flow support;
  • providing event operations support to indoor, outdoor and off-site events; and
  • handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


You should:

  • i.  possess higher diploma or above with preferably 1 year of relevant experience in venue operations in performing arts venues, tourism and/or hospitality sector (Fresh graduates are welcome); OR
    ii. possess at least 5 subjects at Level 2 / Grace E or above in the HKDSEE / HKCEE or equivalent academic qualification with 3 years of relevant experience in venue operations in performing arts venues, tourism and/or hospitality sector;
  • preferably have usher experience in performing arts venue or good knowledge of front-of-house operations / event operations ;
  • be customer-oriented, proactive and pleasant;
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage; and
  • provide at least 2 days’ availability to work per week.


  • Applicants with extensive relevant experience may be considered for more senior positions.
