Senior Manager, Project Procurement and Contracts (Ref:19266)

You will be responsible for:

  • assisting the Chief Manager, Project procurement and Contracts in establishing a clear and effective procurement strategy and contract management structure;
  • planning and controlling the construction cost;
  • sourcing, procuring and managing construction and consultancy contracts;
  • providing procurement and contract administration services including dispute resolution; and
  • providing other procurement and contract administration duties as directed.

 

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in quantity surveying or equivalent;
  • possess a professional membership of relevant institution;
  • have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, costing and contracts administration in the construction industry in both private and public sectors;
  • have experience in dealing with Public Infrastructure Works (PIW) entrusted by the Government;
  • preferably have experience in art and cultural facilities and alternative procurement vehicles like PFI / PPP; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
