Assistant Manager, Digital Signage and Content Publishing (Ref:19054K)

Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsui)

You are responsible for:

  • developing publishing workflow and maintaining the materials guideline;
  • ensuring the content publishing process in place and the media is aligned with corporate standard and branding guidelines;
  • collaborating with cross function teams (Marketing, Artistic, Editorial, Venue Operation) for content publishing on timely basis;
  • managing and maintaining a media deployment schedule for multiple internal clients each with different frequencies of new media distributions;
  • supporting the operation and maintenance of the new applications and continuing to enhance based on customer feedback and comments;
  • ensuring the successful roll out of digital signage in WKCDA building in collaboration with technical and construction vendors;
  • working with software vendor and hardware vendor for system enhancement and new technology adaptation; and
  • working with media production company for creation of new contents or editing for existing contents to fit for the media.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Marketing, Information System, Project Management, Digital Communication, Multimedia Application or related disciplines;

  • have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a role of project management, content operation publishing or multimedia application specialist;

  • ideally have a proven track record in content management and distribution;

  • demonstrate experience with digital signage hardware (panel, TV wall, LED Matrix panel, interactive kiosk) and digital signage Content Management System (CMS) software preferred;

  • be familiar with media creation and creation tools and have knowledge of the Adobe creative suite;

  • possess experience with technical or system vendor to develop new services or customer engagement applications; and

  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
