Reporting to the Executive Director, Performing Arts, you will be responsible for:

  • providing secretarial support to the senior management; facilitating meeting arrangement and maintaining appointment/meeting diaries;
  • providing administrative support to the Performing Arts Division, including but not limited to management of systems for claims, travel and meeting arrangements, and stationary ordering;
  • supporting communications and liaison works between Divisions/Departments in the Authority, and managing daily workflows in a timely manner;
  • managing document administration and maintaining a register with good record keeping;
  • cooperating with internal divisions/departments for company events and administration work; and
  • assisting in preparation of meeting materials and presentations.

 

You should:

  • possess high school standard or equivalent, preferably with formal secretarial training;
  • have at least 3 years of secretarial and administrative experience, preferably with exposure in sizable organisations;
  • possess knowledge and experience in administrative duties;
  • be able to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner;
  • be self-motivated, detail-minded, and well organised with multi-tasking ability;
  • demonstrate sound interpersonal skills and capability of working independently and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment;
  • be highly proficient in computer applications; and
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
