Reporting to the Chief Corporate Services Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • supervising and managing of an in-house team to deliver efficient and effective services in four major areas, namely centralised administration, information management (IM), general office administration and regulatory liaison to support the overall WKDCA’s business objectives and strategic visions;
  • taking the lead in the development and implementation of all administrative infrastructure and system for the organisation to manage ongoing provision of policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure effective, smooth and efficient administrative performance across all the Authority;
  • developing and executing district-wide IM policy and acting as “business owner” to convert IM initiatives into projects and actions including but not limited to record management, digital asset management, etc.;
  • overseeing day-to-day management of office administration functions and assessing the most effective method of providing proper level of administrative support at the appropriate cost; and
  • managing relationships with internal and external key stakeholders including regulators, as well as being a primary point of contact in responding to regulator requests on identified regulatory issues, from identification to validation and closure.

 

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • preferably have a professional member of relevant institution;
  • have at least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in sizeable organisations or public sector;
  • possess experience in development and implementation of policies and guidelines in the areas of corporate governance, information management, regulatory and change management, etc;
  • be able to work under pressure and is willing to take on new challenges;
  • demonstrate ability to anticipate the needs of the organisation and provide proactive and self-directed solutions;
  • have high level of organisation, critical thinking and attention to details; and
  • possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
