Reporting to the Head, Development, this is an important and dynamic role for an exceptional individual in supporting a team to maintain a smooth operation as well as stakeholder relationships focusing on memberships and sponsorships.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • providing secretarial and a wide-range of administrative support to the Head, Development and the team including but not limited to management of electronic and paper document, travel and meeting arrangements, stationery ordering, process of claim expenses, etc.;
  • assisting in the organisation of different type of events;
  • ensuring smooth operations of the team and managing daily workflows in a timely manner in accordance with the Authority’s policies and guidelines;
  • cooperating with internal departments for administrative work and company events;
  • assisting in the preparation of reports including financial reports, expense reports, budget proposals, departmental procurement/payment administration as well as audit checking;
  • assisting in developing sponsorship proposals, membership products or any other relevant materials when required, and working with relevant teams to ensure information correctness and brand alignment;
  • assisting in preparation of meetings and presentation materials for the supervisor; and
  • supporting the team on other ad hoc tasks if required.

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree;
  • have at least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sizable organisations;
  • demonstrate basic understanding of budget management;
  • possess high proficiency in computer applications including ERP and CRM systems will be an advantage;
  • be well-organised with meticulous attention to details;
  • have sensitivity to confidential matters; and
  • be proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
