Temporary Senior Exhibition Helper (Part-time) (Ref:17185I)

Kowloon (WKCDA Project Site Office)

You will be responsible for:

  • maintaining smooth operation of M+ Pavilion by delivering outstanding visitor services and experience;
  • supervising exhibition helpers to provide quality services to visitors according to the standards of the organisation;
  • handling general enquires and collect feedbacks from visitors to Visitor Services Team;
  • carrying out daily artwork check onsite and reporting any artwork related incidents and damages, and helping ensure security of artworks;
  • assisting M+ staff on crowd control and supporting on matters relating to public safety including fire safety and emergency evacuation; and
  • handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


You should:

  • possess higher diploma or above in any discipline, preferably with experience working in art venues, tourism and/ or hospitality sector (fresh graduates are welcome);
  • be interested in contemporary art, design and architecture and moving image of Hong Kong, China, Asia or beyond;
  • be familiar with customer service role; supervisory experience would be an advantage;
  • be visitor-oriented, proactive and cheerful;
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage; and
  • be available to work at least 3 days a week.
