Financial Analyst (M+ Museum) (Ref:18180K)

You will be responsible for:

  • coordinating with teams to prepare monthly financial reports and revised forecasts;
  • preparing schedules for the annual audit and statutory accounts;
  • providing support to Manager, Finance (M+ Management Accounting) to develop management accounts and variance analysis;
  • coordinating of all transational reporting and workflow processes between M+ and other departments for all financial reporting, payments and related processes;
  • ensuring the business activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedural guidelines and with good governance;
  • working closely with the M+ business team to resolve financial reporting and budget reporting matters;
  • supporting the implementation of finance systems and the development of the operational workflows; and
  • supporting other ad hoc duties for the management as and when required.

 

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent;
  • have a minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting and reporting, financial reporting, financial analysis and budgeting preferably gained in a multinational / large organisation;
  • have good computer skills in using financial / accounting applications and computerised accounting systems; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
