Helpdesk Supervisor, Facilities Management (Ref:18130I)

Kowloon (WKCDA Project Site Office)

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Helpdesk Officer, Facilities Management)

You will be responsible for:

  • answering phone calls for all matters related to facilities services;
  • entering data into the computerised management system with an understanding of customer's needs and requirement by phone, fax, email or verbal message;
  • keeping customers updated for the progress of order;
  • compiling regular reports (e.g. backlog order report, call centre report, etc.);
  • preparing duty roster and training materials for staff;
  • maintaining a filling system for customer's order;
  • issuing ad-hoc suspension notice for facilities services; and
  • keeping the operation smoothly between internal customers and Facilities Management team.


You should:

  • possess Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) or Form 7 standard or above;
  • have 5 years of solid working experience, of which more than 3 years in property management / customer service;
  • demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills;
  • be proactive, detail and deadline oriented and able to work well under pressure;
  • be prepared to work weekend and public holiday hours according to the duty roster assigned as shift duty is required;
  • have high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
