This is a unique opportunity for energetic HR professionals to make their mark in this hugely significant project for Hong Kong. We welcome exceptional talent with a passion to share our vision.

You will be responsible for:

  • acting as a HR business partner to facilitate the employee life cycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, staff development, retention and offboarding) with an emphasis on talent acquisition in anticipation of the openings of a variety of arts and cultural facilities;
  • handling end-to-end talent acquisition process including sourcing and shortlisting applications, conducting interviews and partnering with hiring managers for selection and placement, and enhancing candidate experience and building our brand;
  • supervising job advertising activities and exploring effective recruiting channels including but not limited to local and international job boards, social media platforms, campus career centres, professional institutes and associations;
  • taking the lead in planning and executing recruitment initiatives, such as campus recruitment, job fair and career talk;
  • supporting the implementation of staffing plans and delivery of staffing solutions;
  • conducting employee induction and creating engaging onboarding experience;
  • providing interpretation of corporate policies and procedures to adhere to compliance and consistency;
  • providing advices to business leaders and staff as well as resolving staff disputes when necessary; and
  • participating in ad hoc HR projects and duties as assigned.

 

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • possess 8 years of all-round HR experience; experience acquired from a multicultural environment will be an advantage;
  • showcase proven experience and knowledge in HR account servicing/ generalist role especially with experience in high volume of recruitment;
  • have sound knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices;
  • be self-motivated with high level of initiative and dedication to continuous improvement; be ready to go above and beyond;
  • have a solution-oriented mindset and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to business requirements;
  • be able to work independently and partake as a team with great interpersonal skills to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders; and
  • have excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, and be computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS system.
