Senior Management Accountant (M+ Museum) (Ref:18181)

Hong Kong Island (Cyberport Office)

You will be responsible for:

  • preparing monthly divisional management accounting reports and variance analysis for senior management;
  • preparing management accounting reports and related variance reports for presentation to various committees and boards;
  • developing and maintaining efficient processes for approval of payments in accordance with approved business and corporate plans;
  • preparing monthly management accounting reports and revised forecasts for M+ management’s review;
  • working closely with internal teams to provide advice and support on interpretation of financial reports and related processes; and
  • supporting other ad hoc duties for the management as and when required.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in finance, accounting or equivalent;
  • have a membership of the HKICPA or equivalent;
  • have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role with experience in preparing management accounting and reporting, financial reporting and budgeting, preferably gained in a multinational organisations or in art and cultural sector;
  • have solid experience in preparing budgets, analysis and management reporting for a complex organisation;
  • have good computer skills in using financial / accounting applications and computerised accounting systems; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
