Customer Service Manager, Venue Operations (Performing Arts) (Ref:17181)

Kowloon (WKCDA Project Site Office)

You will be responsible for:

  • promoting venues, exploring and developing new business opportunities;
  • managing, coordinating and confirming space availability; contributing to occupancy, income and artistic penetration;
  • communicating and managing relationships with hirers and potential hirers;
  • issuing and processing venue booking documents;
  • assisting in the preparation of operation procedures and guidelines; and
  • assisting in the development of venue business plan that incorporated and aligned with artistic strategy.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in hospitality, tourism, performing arts or equivalent;
  • have 3-5 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in performing venues, tourism or hospitality sector;
  • have good knowledge of front-of-house operation;
  • possess a customer service mentality;
  • possess good analytical and numerical skills; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
