Senior Human Resources Officer (Ref:17196)

You will be responsible for:

  • assisting in payroll administration, preparation of tax return, implementation of compensation and benefits programs, legal compliance, human resources policies and procedures review and providing human resources advice on staff management;
  • analysing and preparing staff cost and payroll related reports;
  • assisting in developing the compensation policies by participating market salary and benefits surveys and reviewing benefits insurance programs; and
  • assisting in developing and implementing the human resources information System to meet changing business requirements.

 

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
  • possess at least 3 years of related working experience, preferably in sizable organisation;
  • be well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance including working visa application;
  • have good interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.;
  • be pleasant, mature, committed and highly organised and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • be proficient in computer applications; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
