Human Resources Officer (Ref:17050)

Hong Kong Island (Cyberport Office)

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Human Resources Officer)

You will be responsible for:

  • providing support to HR team in handling full spectrum of HR functions including end-to-end recruitment process and other HR services in daily operations;
  • facilitating line managers and supervisors on resourcing;
  • liaising with business contacts on HR initiatives;
  • upkeeping accurate employment records;
  • assisting in compiling HR related statistics and reports;
  • supporting the development and implementation of HR strategic initiatives;
  • contributing in the enhancement of HR operational effectiveness and enrichment of employees’ experience; and
  • assisting in HR projects as and when required.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • have at least 2 years of solid experience as human resources generalist preferably in a sizable organisation; exposure or interest in arts and culture is a plus;
  • preferably demonstrate good working knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations;
  • be a good team player who is proactive with positive thinking and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with capability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels;
  • have proficiency in computer applications; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
