Manager, ICT Service Delivery (Ref:17048)

Hong Kong Island (Cyberport Office)

You will be responsible for:

  • developing and maintaining Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) practices and managing related consultancies and projects for the WKCD;
  • planning and executing processes in service lifecycle and compliance review;
  • following up with team members/ users on non-compliance issues and coordinating plans for remediation/ mitigation of risks and exposure;
  • advising on the risks of daily IT operations and projects within the context of process compliance;
  • promoting and raising awareness of IT service management; and
  • managing consultants, vendors and contractors for ICT projects.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
  • preferably have a professional membership of relevant professional institution;
  • have at least 10 years of experience in information technology roles with progressive management and technical responsibilities, of which 5 years in ITSM role;
  • demonstrate knowledge in the design and implementation of ITIL and ICT system & network management projects;
  • have a proven track records of outsourcing operations implementation for district-wide ICT infrastructure; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
